Basic Literacy / English as a Second Language Tutoring  
Literacy Volunteers recruits, trains and supports volunteers who tutor adults wishing to improve their reading, writing and English speaking and comprehension skills.

Central New York Legal Helpline 
Toll-free service for people with civil legal problems where the client is first screened by an intake worker of this organization, and then is provided advice by an attorney.
Legal Aid Society of Mid-New York, Inc.  

Disaster Services 
Responds and provides relief to victims of disasters and enhances the ability of people to anticipate, survive and recover from disasters.

Emergency Assistance 
Provides the basic needs of food and clothing to low-income individuals and families.
Catholic Social Services of Broome County 

Emergency Family Services  
Provides emergency and scheduled assistance to all in need of food and other necessary items.

Health and Safety Services
CPR/AED, first aid, babysitter's and home alone safety training providing students with the skills and knowledge to appropriately and responsibly respond to emergent situations.

Immigration Services  
Assists individuals and families in negotiating the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) forms and procedures. "Building Bridges of Understanding Across Cultures" since 1939 through Immigration Services and Refugee Resettlement

Public Education and Elder Planning
Promotes financial/social/physical well being of people as they age via technology education, elder sensitivity training and group/individual help to plan for long term care.

Services to Armed Forces 
Provides eligible Armed Forces members and their families with 24-hour access to timely/reliable emergency communications, emergency financial assistance, and case management services.

Shopper Program
Provides weekly or biweekly shopping services (and small errands) to eligible elderly clients through the use of volunteers.
