Community Impact Cabinet

The Community Impact Cabinet (CIC) is one of three major operating divisions of United Way of Broome County. It is responsible for overseeing several related and vitally important functions, including the fund distribution system (including recommendation of allocations for United Way partner agencies) and the planning process. It supervises the Community Solution Teams, the Partner Accountability Committee, the Capacity Building Committee, any committees formed to review gifts-in-kind donations, and various ad hoc committees regarding allocations and planning activities.
