The organizations listed below each received an award for their support of the United Way of Broome County 2006 Campaign. Organizations that contributed $10,000 or more in combined corporate and employee campaigns in a single year are eligible for membership in the Thomas J. Watson Society. The symbols before or following some names are defined below.

* 2006 Challenge Cup winner. The Challenge Cups are awarded each year to the organizations with the highest per capita giving in the annual United Way Campaign in each of 14 categories, considering both employee and corporate gifts.
